Rancheria Falls and White Bark Vista Tour

An exciting three hour adventure into the Kaiser Wilderness of the Sierra National Forest.

Duration: 3 Hours     Cost: $295     Passengers: 4      Rated: Easy
The journey starts at Shaver Lake with the first stop is Rancheria Falls, where you will take a short hike to the beautiful waterfall. Then we travel up the Kaiser Pass Road where we can look back and see the falls that we jus hiked to.

At the summit of Kaiser Pass we take the extreme Dusy Ershim four-wheel drive trail. We will follow it for about two miles to White Bark Overlook. Here you'll have the opportunity to hike around and will see a breathtaking view of the forest and Edison Lake in the distance. Next we drive back to Huntington Lake and the historic Lakeshore Resort General Store.

We then drive around Huntington Lake, known for great fishing and a "world class" sailing regatta held each summer. Next we visit Big Creek, where the historic SCE built a historic hydroelectric plant that still operates today.
